Tournament Director Lani Sardadi emphasized that this championship reinforces Bali’s reputation as a world-class sports tourism destination. This year’s championship has drawn elite players, including Antoine Escoffier (France, ranked 208), Kaichi Uchida (Japan, ranked 360), Gilles Hussey (United Kingdom, ranked 412), and Hyeon Chung (South Korea), a former Australian Open 2018 semifinalist.
Indonesian talent is displayed as Nathan Barki, the men’s doubles champion from the fourth series, showcases his skills. This time, he partners with experienced player Christopher Rungkat, adding depth to the competition.
